All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Qurban Service

The Service provided by The Herdsmen is for Qurban purposes only.

The Herdsmen will ensure that Qurban meat is sourced from trusted suppliers adhering to halal standards.

Delivery

The Herdsmen will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Qurban meat in a timely manner.

Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location and availability.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will only be issued in cases where The Herdsmen is unable to fulfil the order.

Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled Qurban date.

Limitation of Liability

The Herdsmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Modification of Terms

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
